Here is where the $49 membership fee resulted in savings of hundreds of dollars and many hours of future aggravation. One of our newest members, David Staudacher, emailed the club for advice on his pond construction, and joined the same day. He is now headed down the path to a better and lower maintenance pond to enjoy.

A toilet flange makes a nice 45 on the input from the bottom drain.
